“Technical Support Specialist”
Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist maintains the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems, as well as providing user support and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, (engineering, computer science, or equivalent).
– 1-3 years of experience.
– Customer Oriented.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Problem-solving skills.
– An ability to stick to deadlines.
Work Location: 6th of October
