About the job
· Prepare Daily cash flows and cash forecast to ensure efficient cash management and sufficient funds for revenue items , capital budgets and major project plans.
· Keep under review, and recommend changes where necessary , providers of short and medium term investment / deposits – loans to ensure security and maximize revenue from placement of these funds
· Write and maintain written procedures for inclusion in the finance procedures manual concerning all aspects of the treasury procedures.
· Review and prepare all treasury related bank reconciliations and develop reports on income, balances and investments for incorporation into reports to the Management and External Auditors.
· Promote team working and advocate tasks sharing ensuring treasury functions are met on day to day basis .
· Responsible for daily management of team , ensure that tasks are completed within deadlines and all members .
Job requirements
· Bachelor degree, preferably in finance, accounting , Economics, or a related field.
· 3-5 Years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
· Organized and Follow up skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent Analytical & Negotiation skills.
· Very Good command of MS Office.
· Good command of the English language.
