Tax Manager
7 to 10 years Experience
-Reviewing the company payments and legal documentation from the tax perspective and all the actions that may be taken by the accounting section and has taxation effects.
-Manage and overseeing creating and updating the company’s tax database for its customers and suppliers and reviewing them on a regular basis and maintaining the company’s archiving system.
-Analyzing and reviewing all tax accounts, preparing, and tracking tax returns and tax payments necessary and periodical reports accrued monthly, quarterly, and annually tax report.
– Preparing a historical file for each kind of taxes for the company.
-Manage taxes, coordination, and effective communication with the Egyptian tax authority.
-Representing the company in front of different authorities and taxation department and keeping good relations with them.
– Representing the company in all tax examining procedures and preparing an examination’s strategy according to professional bases and previous experiences.
-Preparing corporate tax, stamp tax, salary tax, VAT (value-added tax) and real estate tax for the companies.
-Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
-Manage E-invoicing applications and Handling and revising all electronic bills and handling the taxes electronic portal.
– Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
– Acting as tax consultant for the company.
