ACE Moharram Bakhoum is looking for a “Resident Engineer” with the following criteria:
*Bsc degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil Engineering).
*Relevant Experience 15+ years.
*Excellent command in CAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Office. 
*Responsible for implementing standards and quality management on behalf of the client.
*Involved in determining the obstructed routs and finding alternative routes to ensure the construction is going in accordance with town planning requirements.
*Ensuring each project is going in accordance with health and safety legislation.
*Ensuring that the project is going in accordance with its time and cost.
*Directing tasks to a multidisciplinary team of staff.
*Reviewing the project time schedule.
* Creating Weekly and Monthly Quality and Progress Reports.
* Attending various meeting with the client, contractor, subcontractors and suppliers.
*Preparing reports as required.
*Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
*Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
*Ability to surf the internet for information.
*Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
