ABEC is looking to hire Technical Office Architecture Engineer with the details below:

Duties:

Develop and prepare architectural shop drawing
Implement shop drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard. 
Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting that may arise during construction.
Review and prepare subcontractors’ Arch Shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
Review and approved any solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. 
Review as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant and update it into Revit file.
Review material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the Consultant. 
Review all design development from start up to end.
Participate in creating architecture Revit file from scratch to LOD400 including all technical details and shop drawings.
Ability to coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc...).

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Architecture.
Minimum experience 4-7 years.
Familiar with building code and zoning.
Proficiency Shop drawings, Auto-Cad, Revit, Microsoft Office.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software’s.
Previous Implementation of mixed-used buildings, Hospitals and factories buildings.
