We Are Hiring HR Section Head
Experience: 10 Years
Previous experience in construction companies is mandatory.
Bachelor degree: Business Administration or Any Relevant Qualification:
– Supervising the application of company regulations
– Suggesting procedures for amending and developing the company’s policies and procedures
– Preparing monthly employees’ payroll
– Supervising the application of the administrative work system (attendance, vacations) correctly
– Approving the rewards and punitive measures for employees according to the suggestions of managers and submitting them to the Board of Directors
– Developing a system of salaries, incentives and rewards
– Preparing general and subsidiary organizational structures for all departments
– Compile the company’s manpower plans and needs and develop a plan to secure the approved needs through recruitment, training, promotion and transfer Compile the company’s manpower plans and needs and develop a plan to secure the approved needs through recruitment, training, promotion and transfer
– Developing training plans for long-term employees in cooperation with department managers, making annual training programs, supervising their implementation according to the approved plan, and ensuring that it achieves the goals
– Preparing job description cards for all jobs in the company
– Develop an evaluation system in accordance with the job description
– Supervising the periodic evaluation reports of colleagues
– Supervising the social and medical insurance system
– Employing and training human resources staff and transferring his expertise to them
