Sinoma CDI is hiring site Architecture Engineer to work in a residential project in Kafrelsheikh.
Job Description:
1. Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
2. Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
3. Preparing tender documents for contracts.
4. Projects managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors.
5. Controlling a project from start to finish.
6. Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
7. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
8. Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
9. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
10. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements:
1. BA/BS degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum experience 7-9 years in Residential projects.
3. Good English level.
