Recruitment Officer - arab african international bank
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
Officer: 0 – 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection capacities.
Senior Officer: 3 – 5 Years of experience in Recruitment and Selection capacities.
Proven Experience and knowledge of the Banking and Financial industries in a plus.
Skills:
Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages
Excellent command of MS Office applications & HR systems
Negotiation skills
Communication skills
Presentation skils
