Hiring Senior Site Arch Engineer (Finishing-Experience in residential):

-Read detailed drawings of architectural as well as structural features of buildings or drawings
-Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
-Using the construction “brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
-Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project
-Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and consultants
Follow architectural trends and advancements and applying the specs.
Requirements:
- Architectural Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
-5-7 years of the same experience
-Able to read shop drawings and notice comments
-Experience in interior and exterior architectural works is a must
-Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
