Job description:
- Following up & collecting the monthly outstanding dues (Installments PDCs & No PDCs / Alterations).
- Allocating cash flow to each account daily.
- Send monthly notifications via emails and SMS for all concerned clients.
- Settling payments for budget deficit, facilities & utilities.
- Align with other departments for the work flow (CRM, Technical CRM, Call center, AR, Treasury & all our sites).
- Identification, recording collections & analytical reports.
- Providing high level of customer satisfaction whilst collecting due liabilities.
