MEP Technical Office Manager

Location: Giza Projects

Qualifications :
– 15+ Years of Experience
– BSc of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
– Manage all commercial issues related to the Client and Subcontractors, e.g. variations, claims, etc. in light of the thorough review of the Contract documents (IFC drawings, BOQ, Specifications, etc..).
– Prepare and Review the material submittals
– Carry out Quantity Takeoff for different project elements/materials.
– Prepare the Client and Subcontractor invoices.
– Prepare the requests for information (RFIs) for all missing/unclear information and other technical matters that may arise during construction.
