A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

· Check electrical and hydraulic systems of machines to ensure functionality

· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

· Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

· Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

· Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

· Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site

· Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedul, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree as engineering.

· Experience: 5 years.

· Excellent leadership and man management skills

· Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members

· Excellent organisational and follow-up skills

· Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
