Purpose of the job Senior Technical Office Civil Engineer:

- prepare procurement requests detailing.

- Prepare the construction method statements, Material Submittals, workshop drawings, and any other site-related technical documents.

- coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure that the work complies with engineering standards specifications and design instructions.

Accountabilities and Duties:

1- Ensure that the project is supplied with all documentation methods and materials needed to carry out the work.

2- Prepare shop drawings works and site-related design drawings that Assist in the work.

3- Prepare technical comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors and follow up on the subcontracted works and Preparing subcontractors' invoices.

4- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials and prepare material submittals and follow-up on the approval process.

5- coordinate drawings based on the project's design drawings.

6- prepare requests for information for all missing unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.

7- prepare project paperwork and update it regularly by coordinating with the Project Manager.

8- Maintain organized and detailed project records.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in civil engineering.

5-7 years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt.

Experience in the strengthening and repair factories field is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).

Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.

AutoCAD is a must

Revit is a plus

Strong project management and negotiation skills.

High teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
