1) Architect & Interior Designer:

- With (4-6) years of experience.

- B.Cs. degree in architecture.

- B.Cs. degree in fine art.

-B.Cs. degree in applied art.

- Talented and has the ability to develop realistic 3D renders (Exterior & Interior Shots)

- Motivated hardworking personality with excellent time management skills & can easily work within a team

- Good command of written & spoken English

- Software: 3D Max is a must, Auto cad, Photoshop, Indesign and illustrator

2) Technical Office Engineer

Job title: Technical Office Engineer.

Job type: Full-Time .

Gender: Female/male.

Job code : TOA-EG-01 .

Job requirements as the following:

- B.Sc. Degree in Architecture Engineering .

- With (2-6) years of experience .

- Good software command (3dsmax-AutoCAD-Revit).

- Experience in interior working drawing packages .

-Making technical and financial bids/proposals for projects by studying Bill Of Quantities (BOQs), the pricing process of new projects, and the specs for works entitled.

-Provide technical supports for design office and site (design, data sheets, calculations, drawings etc.)

-Participate in preparing procurement plan while complying with contract terms and organization policies.

-Compare prices, specifications, delivery dates and evaluate offers from suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, responsiveness and quality.

-Participate in reviewing project’s contracts.
