Sales Agents
Full time – Location: Dokki, Haram, Maadi, Nasr City, Zayed, Shoubra
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months experience in the same position.
-Answer inbound calls and receive outbound calls.
-Answer all customers’ queries.
– Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
-Inform customer of deals and promotions.
-Sell products and services.
-Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
-Good listener.
-Problem solving.
-Ability to multitasking.
-Detailed oriented.
– Negotiation skills, sales skills and great interpersonal skills.
-Great sense of responsibility and flexibility.
-Positive attitude.
-Empathy.
