Job Description
#Customer_Service_Manager
A well-structured and leading Factory located in Obour city is looking for # Customer Service Manager as per the following:
Duties and responsibilities:
Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
Possibly delegate certain customer enquiries to specific teams
Manage a large number of incoming calls and emails
Manage customers’ accounts
Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Communicate with internal teams to discuss sales targets
Generate sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
Report back on results
Required qualifications and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
Efficiency and organizational skills
Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
Strong knowledge of CS KPIs
7 to 10 years of experience at similar position
Good at English Language
