Job Description
Reputable company for food packing products is seeking HR Specialist with the following;
Job Description:
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference check
Location: Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt
Salary: Negotiable
Working Days: 6 Days. Friday Off
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM, paid overtime
Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 0-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
- HR Diploma is a MUST
- Excel Level at least Moderate.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record keeping skills.
