About the Job
Planning delivery timetables.
Ensuring stores have enough stock.
Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
Monitoring stock levels.
Recommend delivery plan, material, models based on the analysis.
Monitor the Purchasing Processes.
Follow up the Purchase Orders.
Review the Qualified Supplier list and rate them annually.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Review the quality of purchased products
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
