“Quality Assurance Engineer”

Responsibilities :

•Assists in planning & executing process improvement projects

•Assists in providing consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance & product quality

•Maintains & updates all process-related documents for reference purposes

•Preparing training material & Train resources in process-related activities & improvement techniques

•Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle and monitor conformance with QA standards and procedures

•Audits different process areas with process owners

•Assists in Monitoring process performance & improvements in key metrics through compiling & tracking data

•Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, as well as internal surveys

•Assist in conducting root cause analysis for internal & external issues

Qualifications :

•IT Service/Software life cycle knowledge, ITIL

•Experience in internal/external audits

•Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio, MS Forms, Word and Excel”
