Trading & contracting company located in Nasr City specialized in Fire protection systems (pumps -Cabinets -valves – gases –foam-fire doors-etc.)is hiring for senior Technical and Tendring Mechanical Engineer

 Responsibilities:

·Revise all tendering and requests data (drawings -BOQ-specs-manufacturer list,etc.)

·Support to Tender analysis both technically and financially

·Contact the suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and clients to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline

·Conduct site visits with the clients when needed to show them the ongoing projects or see their sites

·Negotiate with the clients and revise the tender in order to award the project to the company

·Lead,supervise and coach the tendering team and give them the needed support when needed

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

-4- 8 Years of experience in tech and tendering

-Experience in site installations not less than 3 years for fire protection systems

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Knowledge of methods and procedures related to estimating projects/construction cost

-Very Good knowledge of local market competitors and vendors

-Fluent in English
