Job Description
Vacancy: Executive Assistant
Location: 6th of October
Part of the duties/responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, direct & control the Office Administrative operations
-Manage documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
-Manage different type of projects and ensure deadlines are met effectively
-Organize events, business trips & schedule appointments
-Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
Requirements:
-Female
-Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
-Fluent English
-Excellent knowledge of Excel & power point
-Excellent communication skills
-Presentable, well spoken with impeccable communication skills
-Very well organized
-Previous experience with proven track record of success as an office manager or an executive assistant
