Job Description
“OPPO Egypt is hiring a
“Store Manager”
for “City Center “Alexandria.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, the management and guidance of the Sales Representatives, the rules and regulations, and all store-related training.
2. Follow-up to promote the manager’s daily work management plan, implement, organize, arrange, and manage the overall operation of the store (lead the sales team to complete the sales task )
a regular basis.
3. Actively assist the manager’s promotional activities; and suggest the store promotion plan for the situation and needs of the store.
4. Responsible for the store image and display management store staff, mobile phones, orders, sales, inventory, equipment, cash, finance, security, etc.
5. Handling and solving difficult problems, customer objections, disputes, after-sales services, etc.
6. Supervise on safety and cleaning of the various equipment, tools.
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree
* Maximum age: 35
* Experience: 3 years at least as a Store Manager
* Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
* A Very good command of English &MS Office skills”
