Electrical Sales Manager (Panel Builder/ Low Voltage assemblies)

GAD Industries looking for sales and marketing manager with a background in panel builder industry, low voltage solutions and electrical accessories. The sales leader will be responsible for:

• Manage and Develop sales team to achieve sales target.

• Build up sales strategy to achieve growth plan.

• Provide proper Forecast quality for sales kpis.

• Motivate & engage sales team to grow business.

• Pursue company value as differentiation from competitors.

• Discover the sales opportunity by discover the gap areas.

• Update all routes (create new customer – update visits – dealing with customers).

• Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and respond to their comments and requirements.

• Generate new leads by searching for new markets and customers.

• Follow up on pending projects with clients.

• Solving any client problems.

Qualifications

• Sc. degree in Electrical Power Engineering, electromechanics

• MBA is an asset

• At least 15 years of experience in a similar field.

• Able to build collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues

• Able to select markets, customers and segments, selling value capabilities

• A mind for data-driven marketing, knowledge in Project Management

• Eager to plan, manage, meet, and overachieve targets

• Work well under pressure
