Fawrymicrofinance is immediately hiring Business Manager
Senior member of the Business Team in Head Office
Job Description:
-Responsible for building up strong and reliable business teams in the field, field employee training, coaching, monitoring/assessment, replacement.
-Responsible for ensuring that standard processes and procedures are uniformly understood and applied by field staff.
-Provides support to Head of Business/ Management in implementing business strategy, reaching business objectives, ensuring budget implementation.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years’ business/risk experience in micro finance companies/banks.
-Micro finance market knowledge.
-Ability to manage projects with limited oversight.
- Ability to travel on business assignments.
-Good level of English.
-Proficiency in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
