Job Description
On the behalf of a friend; one of the biggest companies in the architecture industry is hiring #HR_Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update the organization’s job descriptions
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Conduct orientation for the newly hired employees
- Assist in the development of policies & procedures
- Complete & process paperwork for newly hired employees
- Update the employees’ records
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend retention action plan
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the HR field
- HR background is a must (Major, course or diploma)
- Excellent user for Microsoft (Word, excel and power point)
- Excellent written and verbal English
Location: Nasr City
