1) Process Design Engineer

Practiced chemical process engineering with international contractors for two years and HCI formaldehyde plant & Urea Formaldehyde for three years, And I have a good experience in conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering for oil and gas upstream, downstream and pipelines projects. Design of green field and revamp projects (brown field) in onshore. With capabilities of perform process simulation, developing basis of design, PFDs & UFDs, heat and material balance, P&IDs, isolation studies, drain studies, hot oil systems studies, process control philosophy, operating manuals, ESD philosophy, cause and effect and flare system design, prepare the (basic design package)as an owner to determine the required document as specification & drawings. Good knowledge in International standards such as API, Shell DEP.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE/SPECIALIST COURSES

 Aspen Hysys steady state Simulation.

 PROII steady state simulation (Simsci suite).

 DYNSIM dynamic simulation (Simsci suite).

 HEXTRAN simulation(Simsci suite)

 InPlant hydraulic simulation (Simsci suite)

 Aspen Hysys HTFS+

 PIPE PHASE.

 PIPE LINE TOOL BOX Simulation.

2) Draft man Bentley Microstation V8i good experience with AutoSACS 6.1
